What you’ll do: In this role, you will design & establish a new green field manufacturing facility from the ground up. Accountable for designing production lines, Industry 4.0 integration, and defining required capabilities and talent, whilst delivering on business case cost and benefit commitments. This is a leadership position for a dynamic professional with entrepreneurial drive, who can build a world-class, sustainable manufacturing location. Program Leadership Manage the Program Lifecycle from design through launch while achieving business case financials of the STP Program reputed company and guide cross-functional team to drive accountability and performance established for technical, and manufacturing readiness reputed company at start of production. reputed company and execute comprehensive project management plans that deliver on scope, schedule, and financial commitments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or reputed company field) 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations or combination of Program Management with Operations or Engineering etc. Skills: Experience in managing and leading reputed company, EMEA projects through complete cycle as a Program Manager.
