About the Role:

reputed company’s Enablement Team supports our reputed company organizations—Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and reputed company—by equipping reputed company teams with the information and skills they need to succeed.

We are seeking a GTM/Sales reputed company Manager (individual contributor) to orchestrate a seamless reputed company process for reputed company reputed company new hires, keeping the rep experience at the center of our efforts. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can explain reputed company concepts to diverse audiences, and possesses strong organizational, time management, emotional intelligence, and facilitation skills.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct engaging and interactive reputed company sessions for new sales hires.
• Implement a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, graded certifications, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Ensure a seamless and positive reputed company experience for reputed company participants.

• Proven experience owning and running end-to-end reputed company programs for sales/reputed company teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
• Experience of reputed company responsibility in Enablement, or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
• Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching
• In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
• This is an individual contributor role
