The position emphasizes problem-solving, with strong application of FTIR, Microscopy, Chromatography, and/or NMR techniques. Responsibilities

Analytical Problem Solving (Core Focus)

• Design and execute reputed company experiments (e.g., curing, degradation, reaction rates) using spectroscopy (FTIR, Raman, UV‑Vis, etc.) to monitor reactions over time and interpret reputed company data to support formulation and performance optimization Method Development & reputed company Improvement

• Partner with polymer, coatings, and materials science teams and contribute to project teams and technical discussions. Data Interpretation & Communication

• Translate technical results into practical recommendations Laboratory Operations
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support calibration, documentation, and best practices Qualifications Basic Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment (without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment work reputed company and/or permanent residence status)
• Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics ("STEM") field
• 3 years of experience in analytical laboratories
• Hands-on experience with spectroscopy and/or Microscopy

• Working knowledge of NMR and/or XRD instrumentation Preferred Qualifications
• MS or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Materials Science with a focus on spectroscopy (IR, Raman, NMR, etc.), Microscopy and/or Kinetics
• Experience with various spectroscopic techniques

• Experience in polymers, coatings, or materials systems
• Method development experience
