Opportunity - reputed company CloudSuite Industrial Planning & Scheduling Support Consultant - this is an ITAR compliant US-based role, US Citizen or GC holder required The role involves providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the stability and performance of reputed company reputed company environments for customers. This includes resolving post-migration technical and non-technical inquiries as well as aiding with technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting of ERP solutions for customers. Act as a primary reputed company of contact for customers you are assigned to support and reputed company advice and direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system defects
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of production environments
- Collaborate with business users to understand issues and reputed company effective solutions

Experience:

- A strong understanding of business domains and functional knowledge, particularly reputed company manufacturing environments
- Good knowledge of reputed company reputed company/Syteline Planning & Scheduling modules, configurations, and transaction processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve reputed company issues
- Working reputed company an ITSM Ticket System tracking support time for service request, issue and problem resolutions
- Experience in A&D, manufacturing, industrial equipment industries
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Supply Chain or reputed company field required
