This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom, managing cases end-to-end, and taking ownership of reputed company employment litigation reputed company. Position Overview The Employment Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a full caseload of employment-reputed company disputes, representing clients in both state and federal court. This role requires strong litigation experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of employment litigation reputed company from inception through trial
- Represent clients in state and federal court, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Handle cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment)
- Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and taking/defending depositions
- reputed company case strategy and reputed company litigation risk assessments to clients
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining ownership of case reputed company
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in the reputed company (or ability to obtain licensure)
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience
- Proven experience managing cases independently and appearing in court
- Strong reputed company practice and deposition experience
- Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
