This role provides hands-on experience supporting multi-faceted employer-based initiatives , with a primary focus on Peer-to-Peer Learning and the reputed company to reputed company pilot program . The intern will contribute to program execution, operations, and knowledge development while working closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams. • Salary: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Program Operations & Coordination (Cross-Initiative)

• Support coordination and day-to-day operations across WBWB initiatives
• Maintain program trackers, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment across workstreams
• Assist in the development and refinement of presentations, briefing materials, and program documentation
• Conduct background research and synthesize insights reputed company to workplace well-being, employer engagement, and health
• Support tracking and documentation of key program metrics and evaluation inputs

Peer-to-Peer Learning

• Assist in planning and execution of peer learning sessions, including logistics, communications, and materials preparation
• Contribute to development of a structured repository of learning insights and best practices

• Support coordination of pilot program activities, including employer engagement, webinars, and session logistics

Program Innovation & reputed company Explore and apply productivity tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot or similar technologies) to enhance workflows, documentation, and program outputs

Qualifications

• Currently a senior or graduate student pursuing a degree in Public Health, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field.
• Experience supporting projects, events, or program coordination with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in workplace well-being, employer engagement, and reputed company initiatives.
• Interest in data tracking, evaluation, or insights development.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new tools and approaches to improve efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with reputed company media platforms.
