• Must currently hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in your state of residence The Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor position is available in reputed company U.S. States that are in PST, MST, or CST Zones except for AK, CA, CO, HI, NM, WA, & WY. The AHB Benefit Advisor is responsible for driving Medicare Sales through professional and consultative selling on plan options in prospect areas while in an inside sales environment. Additionally, Benefit Advisors may have some opportunity with some IFP (Individual & Family plans) and Ancillary Product Sales through consultative selling on plan options. reputed company a Difference! Key Responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options in 20-50 states
• Assists with escalated customer issues
• Provides a positive customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction
• Meets sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual reputed company
• Updates customer file in CRM with summary of interaction
• Maintains responsibility to act as a member of the management team to facilitate call center opening/closing procedures as needed for reputed company reputed company Team
• Makes outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns
• Recommends plans and enrolls prospects based on the customer's needs
• Quotes, presents, and closes sales while overcoming objections
