[Hiring] Medical Operations Specialist @reputed company
Role Description reputed company is seeking a Medical Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our provider network, acting as a key reputed company of reputed company between providers and internal teams. This non-clinical, provider-facing role is essential to maintaining operational consistency, provider engagement, and continuity of care across our telehealth programs. You will play an important role in supporting provider workflows, schedules, and operational performance while ensuring providers feel informed, supported, and set up for reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and support provider adherence to schedules, workflows, and operational expectations.
- reputed company operational coverage during assigned evening and weekend hours (CST) to support provider availability and continuity of care.
- Maintain reputed company-time visibility into provider availability and escalate coverage gaps or operational issues as needed.
- Serve as a primary operational reputed company of contact for providers regarding workflows, processes, and expectations.
- Address provider questions or concerns in a timely, professional, and supportive manner.
- Track and support reporting on key operational and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or recurring provider challenges and escalate recommendations as appropriate.
- Support day-to-day provider operations by reinforcing operational standards and ensuring consistency across programs.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management to help align provider schedules with patient demand and service goals.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Patient Experience, Clinical Leadership, and IT teams to resolve operational issues impacting providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of provider communications, escalations, and resolution reputed company.
- Participate in scheduled reputed company holiday coverage to ensure uninterrupted provider support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company operations, provider support, administrative operations, or clinical operations support (reputed company experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, Health Services Management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfortable managing high-volume daily operational workflows and supporting an active provider population.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong provider-facing, service-oriented reputed company.
- Proficient with collaboration and productivity tools such as reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), reputed company, and ticketing or workflow management systems (e.g., Zoho Desk).
- Familiarity with identity and reputed company management tools (e.g., reputed company) and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
