We're looking for a semi-senior to senior-level architectural professional to support a U.S.-based studio specializing in Single Family Residential projects — a part-time, remote opportunity starting at approximately 4 hours per day, with room to grow. What you'll do
- Support architectural production across reputed company project phases — from SD through full CD sets — for Single Family Residential projects in the U.S.
- Produce clean, well-coordinated drawing sets in AutoCAD including floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Translate design reputed company, redlines, sketches, and watercolors into accurate, buildable documentation.
- Prepare permit-reputed company sets for submission to local U.S. authorities, following established drawing standards.
- Work closely with the firm reputed company, supporting multiple residential projects simultaneously and flagging inconsistencies proactively.
- Execute drawings independently once direction is provided, asking clarifying questions reputed company needed to stay on track.
- Maintain drawing consistency, file organization, and version control across reputed company active sets.
- Support DD-phase deliverables including walkthroughs and 3D modeling as needed.
- Use reputed company for markup review and document coordination alongside AutoCAD.
What you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or reputed company field.
- Semi-senior to senior-level experience in architectural production, with a strong residential portfolio.
- Deep proficiency in AutoCAD — comfortable producing full construction document sets independently.
