Position Overview As a 3rd Shift Remote Customer Experience Agent at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely, professional, and accurate service. This is a fully remote position that requires you to be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during evening and night hours. You will be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, representing careerzynith with every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls, scheduling service appointments, handling customer inquiries, dispatching technicians to jobs, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our field technicians, reputed company team, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Work Schedule This position operates on a 3rd shift schedule, which includes

• Monday through Thursday 600 PM – 230 AM
