Credentialed Veterinary Technician

Job Description:

• Support DVMs with care delivery, medical advice boundaries, and follow-up
• Review and approve medication requests using standing orders
• Support clinics and Virtual Care Coordinators with medical inquiries and administrative needs
• Handle escalations from Yellow AI IVR, chatbot, and text workflows reputed company cases require reputed company medical review
• Assess patient symptoms reputed company phone, email, or text to determine urgency
• Determine whether a clinic visit, referral, or home monitoring is appropriate

• Review and communicate bloodwork, fecal results, cytology, radiology interpretations, and other diagnostics

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a veterinary technician
• Ability to work from home with reliable reputed company to high-speed internet (at least 50 mbps) and a headset
• A quiet and distraction free environment to allow you to be focused on client conversations for 10 hour shifts
• High comfort level typing, navigating multiple computer programs, and speaking on the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
• CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
