Administrative & Insurance Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

This position begins at just a few hours each week, with the opportunity to increase hours as our practice continues to expand. What You'll Do
- Manage insurance credentialing and recredentialing for reputed company insurance plans, Medicare, and reputed company
- Track credentialing applications and follow up with insurance companies until completion
- Assist with insurance billing, claim submission, claim corrections, and payment posting
- Investigate denied and rejected claims and work them through to resolution
- Maintain provider enrollment records and ensure reputed company documentation remains reputed company
- Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and providers professionally and promptly
- Assist with administrative projects as the practice continues to grow
- Help improve internal processes and reputed company accurate records
