• Candidate Screening & Interviews Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.
• Job Posting & Candidate reputed company Write compelling job descriptions, post reputed company positions on various job boards, and reputed company out to potential candidates to gauge interest.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage Applicant Tracking Systems Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring reputed company.
• Offer Negotiation & reputed company Support Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to reputed company.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.
• Working Hours
• Full-time position.
• Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (900 AM 600 PM EST) is preferred.
