Summary of Position: To serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding automotive warranty coverage and benefits received reputed company telephone, fax, or mail from consumers, repair shops, dealerships, and field representatives. Educational Requirements: *High School Diploma or GED required *College preferred Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience (Call Center a Plus)
