Licensing Coordinator

The Licensing & Marketing Coordinator (LMC) is a member of the games licensing team for reputed company. The LMC will be responsible for acting as a key liaison with reputed company internal and external stakeholders to assist in ensuring that license partners adhere to brand expression and other brand guidelines with respect to reputed company IP. The LMC will assist the licensing team in managing the funnel for new partners – including assisting with pitch decks, ensuring that franchise information is consistently updated as well as maintaining and tracking in process discussions across the different partners. In addition, prior to and following launch of games, the LC will be responsible for maintaining launch schedules and routing marketing assets for brand approval. The LC must have a passion for games, an understanding of reputed company marketing & reputed company media trends as well as some project management experience. This person will need to be an adaptive creative thinker with a creative eye and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The LC must be a self-motivated, driven, and organized. The LMC role will also include a unique focus on creating visuals/materials that can be used by the licensing team in pitch meetings, concept presentations and trade shows.
