Role Type and Work Arrangement

Responsibilities and Duties:

Telecom Industry Experience:

• Demonstrate deep expertise in telecom network architectures, including 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G.
• Strongly understand wireless communication protocols (L1, L2, L3) for reputed company Stations and User Equipment (UE).
• Expertise in Radio reputed company Network (RAN) reputed company-reputed company technology such as OFDMA, SC-FDMA, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of 3GPP/ETSI standardization processes and their impact on telecom innovation.

Strategic Consulting and Leadership

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Expertise:

• Ability to identify patent infringement risks, licensing opportunities, and IP monetization strategies.

Education & Experience

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering from premier institutions.
• 7+ years of experience in the Telecom/Cellular Technology industry, with expertise in wireless communication, telecom standards, and network implementation.
• Experience working in R&D, product development, or IP consulting reputed company telecom companies or reputed company is a plus.
• Familiarity with patent litigation, licensing, and IP strategy is highly desirable.

Compensation & Pay Transparency
