As a new Online Banking and Debit Card Specialist, you can expect a structured daily routine focused on customer support and problem resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Assisting customers with online banking inquiries

• Proactively identifying areas for improvement Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing you to deliver exceptional service during peak banking hours.
