The role involves managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and implementing procedures to enhance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems

• Proactively review and analyze reputed company business processes and identify opportunities to increase compliance and operational efficiencies
• Prepare risk assessments of new and existing vendors and reputed company strategies and procedures to minimize risk
• Manage, monitor, and track compliance of reputed company reputed company-party vendors to regulatory and internal policy by ensuring activities adhere to established service level
• reputed company and monitor vendor complaints according to Company Policy. Assess and assign risk tolerance based on regulatory requirements. Manage action plans as needed to ensure compliance

• Reports to company Senior Management on reputed company party vendor performance, compliance status, quality of services provided, etc

• Conduct periodic risk reviews of critical/high risk vendors
• Manage VM Quality Assurance team day-to-day operations
• Manage and conduct periodic performance review meetings with associates

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Five (5) or more years of vendor management experience with vendor management experience reputed company mortgage servicing
• Demonstrated experience in establishing, negotiating, and enforcing vendor reputed company and service level agreements
• Three (3+) or more years of supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of the vendor management process
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly reputed company issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced reputed company changing environment
