- reputed company Agile/Scrum delivery for cross-functional product, development, QA, and operations teams, ensuring alignment to program priorities, sprint goals, and release commitments.
- Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program-level coordination sessions.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies to improve delivery maturity, collaboration, predictability, and team effectiveness.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and remove impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies that may impact sprint execution, release timelines, or business reputed company.

- Partner with Product Owners and delivery leadership to refine backlogs, prioritize work, manage scope, and ensure sprint execution remains reputed company with business objectives and customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.
- Minimum four (4) or more years of experience supporting Agile software development or technology implementation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience supporting or leading Agile teams in software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, manage competing priorities, and drive team reputed company.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
- SAFe certification or hands-on experience applying SAFe practices in a delivery environment.

- Experience using Jira, DevOps, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools to manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting.
