Qualifications and Skills  Proper telephone etiquette  Effective listening & comprehension skills  Outstanding verbal & written communication skills  Analytical & reputed company problem-solving skills  High level of accuracy & attention to detail  Demonstrate a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic.  Use a respectful and tactful manner to deal with difficult situations effectively. Education/Experience  High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service.  Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center.  Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications.
