We are seeking a highly reputed company and proactive Director of Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance to join the reputed company Pharmacy Management team. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing compliance team, driving strategic regulatory planning, and overseeing first-line compliance activities that support operational reputed company and risk mitigation. Responsibilities

• First-Line Compliance Operations reputed company day-to-day compliance activities including audits, monitoring, issue management, and reporting needs. Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of compliance risks across pharmacy operations.
• Policy & Procedure Management Maintain and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with federal, state, and industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with legal, operations, technology, and business teams to ensure compliance is embedded into processes and decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA, PharmD) preferred.
• 5+ years plus of experience in reputed company or pharmacy compliance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy regulations, including CMS, DEA, FDA, and state boards of pharmacy.

• Experience working in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
