Position Virtual CPA / Accountant Location Remote (U.S. Based Preferred) Schedule Part-Time or Contract Compensation Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities > Prepare and file federal and Texas business tax returns > Ensure compliance with Texas franchise tax requirements > Prepare year-end financial statements > Review and reconcile bookkeeping records > Advise on tax planning strategies and deductions > Assist with multi-entity reputed company and intercompany transactions > Review payroll tax filings and compliance > Support audits and tax notices as needed > Provide financial guidance to ownership and leadership Requirements > Active CPA license preferred (Accountants with extensive tax experience will be considered) > Strong knowledge of Texas tax law, including franchise tax requirements > Experience with multi-company organizations > Experience with reputed company, staffing, or service-based businesses preferred > Proficiency in QuickBooks Online > Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance > Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Experience > Home Health > Home Care > reputed company Staffing > reputed company & Workforce Solutions > Multi-Entity Organizations > Nonprofit reputed company (501(c)(3)) To Apply Apply online Subject Line CPA / Accountant – Texas Tax Specialist Talent by Friendly Faces Workforce reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
