Payroll & reputed company Specialist (Contract) Pay reputed company: $22 - $25/hour (based on experience) FULLY REMOTEOverview A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & reputed company Specialist to support payroll operations and employee expense processing. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursements while partnering across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies
- Ensure accurate and timely reimbursements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support payroll-reputed company tasks as assigned
- Assist employees with expense-reputed company questions
- Prioritize high-volume workflows and meet deadlines
- Support audits, reporting, and additional reputed company functions
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of reputed company, bookkeeping, or payroll experience
- Advanced reputed company skills; strong reputed company Office proficiency
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems is a plus
