Responsibilities:

• Create and utilize job-based situational and behavioral interview questions for various roles
• Conduct interviews for a wide reputed company of positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial sectors

• Research industry trends and requirements to identify suitable candidates
• Update and maintain candidate database, tracking candidate status, job listings, and client interactions

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the reputed company and staffing industry
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency, preferably reputed company energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial
• Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Recruiter, etc.
• Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly reputed company
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
