[Remote] Agile Project Manager

This role involves leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale agile software development program, overseeing multiple workstreams across the full system development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including monthly cost projections, EAC (Estimate at Completion), and ETC (Estimate to Complete)
• Establish and monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports for executive leadership and Federal stakeholders
• Maintain project artifacts, including risk registers, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, agile best practices, and governance requirements
• Foster strong working relationships across teams, partners, and stakeholders to support program reputed company

Skills

• Must be reputed company to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to reputed company with reputed company. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience supporting Agile software development programs
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects or reputed company technology initiatives
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and design through implementation and post-production support
• Demonstrated leadership style grounded in coaching, mentorship, and team empowerment
• Strong knowledge of Agile and other delivery methodologies, with a clear understanding of change management practices
• Experience applying core project management disciplines, including prioritization, team formation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
• Ability to proactively identify and remove impediments in highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environments
