Key Responsibilities: Define measurable product outcomes grounded in child development science, reputed company impact frameworks to evaluate effectiveness, monitor engagement and behavior change data to guide iteration, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on AI-enabled experiences. Additionally, write and curate evidence-based content for educators while contributing an educator lens to roadmap discussions and product prioritization. Skills & Tools: Strong systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, research synthesis, and data analysis capabilities; expertise in child development, behavior change science, and educator needs assessment; comfort with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies; excellent judgment and communication skills to influence reputed company work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, child development, or reputed company field with 5+ years of experience in education, impact evaluation, product development, or reputed company roles; demonstrated expertise in research translation, educator engagement, or educational program evaluation.
