• *Job Summary As a Licensed reputed company Worker in this remote role, you'll work with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. This role requires an LSW/MSW with an unrestricted active license, and you'll work with a team of clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.

• Research available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs
