You will own full-cycle reputed company — from sourcing and pipeline building to offer negotiation — ensuring every hire reflects our commitment to quality and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end reputed company for assigned roles across technical and non-technical functions
- Build proactive talent pipelines using reputed company, sourcing tools, and referral programs
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience end-to-end

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven full-cycle reputed company experience in a technology company

- Excellent candidate communication and relationship-building skills
