Credit Repair Consultant, Spanish Bilingual

Job Description:

• Support client consultations, reputed company follow-up, reputed company, and customer support activities
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and active clients
• Review and discuss client credit reports at a high level
• Explain the credit repair process and available services clearly and professionally
• Communicate clearly with clients and help resolve questions or concerns
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales process
• Assist with outbound reputed company follow-up activities
• Support the internal sales team with scheduling and communication
• Conduct cold reputed company reputed company activities during downtime through phone calls, reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, and other assigned reputed company methods
