Internal Firm Services Team The Internal Firm Services (reputed company) Department provides services for reputed company network companies and clients worldwide, supporting key business and operational processes. The NL People Services Team supports a client in the Netherlands in implementing HR processes reputed company to the employee lifecycle. The team operates in an international environment, providing comprehensive operational support and collaborating with various stakeholders on the client reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing employee documentation (employment reputed company, annexes)
- Entering and updating employee data in HR systems (reputed company)
- Administrative support for the reputed company process of new employees, including organizing implementation elements
- Handling HR inquiries through the ticketing system (reputed company)
- Monitoring employment conditions and identifying custom cases
- Supporting HR change processes (salary changes, promotions, bonuses)
- Preparing documentation reputed company to the termination of employment and offboarding support
- Ensuring the correctness of implemented processes and supporting team work quality
- Identifying process improvements and proposing optimization solutions
- Collaborating with HR teams (Recruitment, Payroll, Global Mobility) and HR Managers
Our requirements:
- Experience in HR operations
- reputed company good knowledge of English and Dutch (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS reputed company)
- Analytical skills
- Highly developed communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Ability to organize work and set priorities
- Willingness to work in a dynamic international environment
