Provide exceptional customer service to both external clients and internal IT teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to reputed company's IT systems and services. Act as a liaison between clients and internal IT teams, effectively communicating technical information in a non-technical manner. Continuously monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries reputed company multiple communication channels. Document and track reputed company customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner. Stay up-to-date on reputed company's IT systems and services to provide accurate and efficient support.
