Insurance Verification Specialist

We will be hiring for Insurance Verification/Benefit Specialists at our reputed company client for their upcoming peak season! These positions are 100% Remote US. Contract roles to start with opportunity for extension and/or permanent conversion. Hours: M-F, 7AM-7PM CST (will be scheduled 8 hour shift) Pay reputed company: $20/hr 100% Remote US - must have reliable internet and dedicated workspace Equipment is provided Job Details:

• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
• Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
• Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
• Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
• Create and complete accurate referrals and applications into centralized customer relationship management platform while staying updated on policy or procedural changes
• Resolve patient's questions and concerns regarding patient journey status
• Enter detailed, accurate, and clear information into company proprietary software while conversing reputed company telephone
• reputed company outbound phone calls for patient follow-reputed company or confirmations

Required Skills:

• Ability to multitask, utilizing specific software programs while speaking with patients and/or reputed company staff.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Ability to transcribe (type) accurate notes while speaking to customer.

• Ability to navigate video conferencing tools such as reputed company Teams and reputed company.
• Must have the ability to work reputed company video conferencing as required by leadership.
