Position Overview: The Vice President of Procurement will reputed company the strategic planning and execution of Montera’s hyperscale data center equipment procurement program, supporting a national portfolio of Tier 1 market developments across the United States and select markets in Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), this role will design, implement, and manage a scalable, standardized, and high-performance procurement model that ensures timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of Major Capital Equipment (MCE) and reputed company systems across a planned 1.5–2.5 GW IT reputed company program. This executive will serve as the primary reputed company between leadership, design, construction, commissioning, program controls, operations, and external equipment vendors. The role requires deep expertise in mission-critical equipment procurement, strong vendor relationship management, and the ability to build and reputed company a high-performing procurement organization. The Vice President will ensure that Montera’s procurement strategy drives speed-to-market, cost predictability, quality manufacturing, and operational reliability across reputed company hyperscale campuses. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Strategic Procurement Leadership

Vendor Strategy, Qualification & Relationship Management

  • Identify, evaluate, qualify, and recommend strategic equipment vendors and associated equipment packages to the leadership team.
  • Maintain strong executive-to-executive and operational-level relationships with key vendors to ensure alignment, transparency, and performance across reputed company organizational layers.

Procurement Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Issue resolution during manufacturing, construction and operational phases

  • Ensure procurement reporting integrates seamlessly with Program Controls, Delivery, and Finance teams.

Financial Management & Forecasting

  • Support reputed company improvement through lessons learned, vendor performance reviews, and program refinements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10–15 years of reputed company experience in major capital equipment procurement management, equipment manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
  • Proven reputed company developing and overseeing an equipment procurement program for hyperscale or multi-building data center campuses (50–100 MW+ IT reputed company).
  • Experience developing scalable, programmatic procurement models across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of MEP design and construction, reputed company construction, MCE procurement, QA/QC programs, and commissioning methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and cost management systems.
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
