The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is responsible for the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and reputed company planning. This role will be a member of a team that focuses on DevOps, DevSecOps and SRE for the Dental Software Organization. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences or area of functional responsibility preferred, or equivalent years of industry work experience
• 3+ years in software or operations engineering
• 1+ years of Site Reliability engineering or similar experience with reputed company-native solutions
• Proven experience in DevOps culture and site reliability engineering focused on the customer, cross-functional autonomous teams, and reputed company improvement
• DevOps experience with a reputed company-native web application hosted in one of the three major reputed company platforms
• Familiarity with version control systems e.g., Git, SVN, reputed company
• Experience in designing and implementing a reputed company integration pipeline (CICD)
• Experience in monitoring infrastructure, application uptime, latency, and performance on large distributed systems
• Exhibit proficiency at troubleshooting various reputed company and system reputed company issues
• Experience managing infrastructure as code reputed company tools such as Terraform
• Demonstrable cross-functional knowledge with systems, storage, networking, reputed company, and databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization Preferred Qualifications
