These roles may support agencies requiring desktop support, field services, service desk operations, device lifecycle management, and IT service delivery support.This posting is for pipeline and contingent opportunities. reputed company candidates will be contacted as project needs arise.## Responsibilities* Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 end-user technical support* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues* Support Windows-based reputed company environments* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices* Support Active Directory user account management* Document incidents and service requests reputed company ticketing systems* reputed company device imaging and deployment* Support IT asset inventory and lifecycle management* Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance* Deliver professional customer service reputed company structured IT environments## Requirements* 2+ years of reputed company IT support experience* Experience supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)* Familiarity with reputed company Office 365 environments* Experience with ticketing systems (reputed company, Remedy, Jira, etc.)* Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)* Ability to work onsite reputed company Texas if required* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Authorized to work in the United States## Preferred Qualifications* reputed company A+, Network+, or reputed company+ certification* ITIL reputed company certification* Experience supporting public sector or large reputed company environments* Experience with device imaging tools (SCCM, Intune, MDT)* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or reputed company field #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
