[Remote] Senior Staff Accountant - reputed company, Finance, and Payroll - Full time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aspen Valley Health is a community hospital reputed company for its warm environment and technical expertise. They are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant responsible for managing monthly journal entries, payroll preparation, and various financial filings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly journal entries and annual filing, such as 990 Tax Return, Cost Report, Workers Compensation Audit, 1099 Forms and Unclaimed Property
• Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll and timekeeping systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an reputed company or finance reputed company field, or equivalent education
• At least 3 years of reputed company and/or payroll experience
• Strong understanding of reputed company theories, practices and GAAP
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, data visualization, and automation using macros and VBA
• Master's degree in an reputed company or finance-reputed company field preferred
• Experience with reputed company or finance in a hospital or reputed company system preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
