Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients throughout their journey, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with non-billing-reputed company matters, addressing their needs with care, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with test status updates, patient portal login issues, questions about testing services, and coordinating redraws for blood samples.
• Manage inbound calls and live chats to deliver timely and effective assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions using reputed company CRM.
• Identify and escalate potential issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reputed company CRM and standard office applications.

• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or reputed company fields is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
