Position: Internal Medicine Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $130–$180/hour Location: Remote Duration: Ongoing Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from Internal Medicine practice. Focus on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality.
- Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
- Participate in onboarding reputed company and specialty calibration sessions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Attending physicians: Board certified with reputed company, active, unrestricted medical license.
- reputed company physicians: In final year of residency; recent graduates must be board-eligible.
- Fellows: Board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with reputed company active, unrestricted medical license.
Start Date
- Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
