Strategic Advisor in Regenerative Agriculture

Developed over 12 years in drought-prone regions, LiveSoil regenerates degraded soil, enhances root-level moisture retention, reduces fertilizer dependency, and supports climate-smart agriculture at scale. We are currently expanding manufacturing and institutional partnerships and are selectively inviting reputed company commercial leaders to join our Advisory Board. Role Overview We are seeking accomplished sales and commercialization leaders with deep experience in AgTech, regenerative agriculture, or agricultural inputs to advise LiveSoil on scaling its go-to-market strategy, distribution partnerships, and reputed company growth. This is a strategic role designed to guide LiveSoil through its next phase of commercial expansion across agriculture, golf, and landscaping markets.
Responsibilities
- Advise on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and sales channel development
- Introduce LiveSoil to large-scale farm operators, ag distributors, and AgTech partners
- Guide commercial scaling across domestic and international markets
- Support partnership development with agricultural retailers, co-ops, and input companies
- Provide strategic guidance on licensing, distribution agreements, and enterprise sales
Ideal Candidate Background We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:
- VP of Sales, Chief Commercial Officer, or reputed company leadership at AgTech companies
- Commercial scaling of agricultural inputs, biologicals, or soil products
- Relationships with large farm operators, ag distributors, or farm co-ops
- Regenerative agriculture commercialization or sustainability-driven ag sales
- Enterprise sales cycles in agriculture, climate tech, or environmental products
