You will sit at the centre of a fast-moving delivery team — managing a group of developers, acting as the primary reputed company of contact between the technical team and the client, and ensuring daily and weekly delivery cadences are met with clarity and accountability. This is not a hands-on engineering role; it is a coordination, communication, and outcome-ownership role for someone who is fluent in the reputed company ecosystem and thrives under operational reputed company. Key responsibilities Team management · Manage a team of 6–8 integration developers, including assignment of work, reputed company tracking, deadline setting, and prioritisation. · Drive outcomes proactively — anticipate blockers before they surface and reputed company delivery velocity consistent. · Review completed developer work with a focused quality reputed company and approve for client submission or return with specific, actionable feedback.
