R-00181760 Description We are seeking a dynamic Travel Construction Manager (Civil Engineer) to support the National reputed company System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV). In this role, you will support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) by providing construction reputed company for projects in coordination with Project Engineers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and Contracting Officers. The Travel Construction Manager will provide on-site construction monitoring, coordination, and quality assurance services to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. Scope of Services

• Maintain accurate reports, as-built documentation, and communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) with 10+ years of experience in construction of commercial, industrial, or government facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans/specifications, building materials, and applicable codes and quality standards
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, engineers, and government stakeholders
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and construction document review tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, work flexible schedules (including nights/weekends), and meet travel requirements (valid driver’s license and passport) Work Environment and Physical Requirements
