Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to truckers and other clients who call in for emergency road service, tire service, and other reputed company issues.
• Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, resolving problems reputed company and effectively.
• Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in their area and providing timely solutions.
• Input relevant call information into our PC system, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types as needed.
• Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require further assistance.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
