They are seeking a Remote reputed company Estate Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their reputed company Estate and Business Law team, where the attorney will represent a diverse client reputed company on reputed company reputed company estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Represent a diverse client reputed company — public entities, developers, corporations, nonprofits, and property owners — on a wide range of reputed company transactions, including:
- Purchase, sale, and leasing of reputed company properties
- Development and disposition agreements
- reputed company estate financing and public-private partnerships (P3s)
- Ground leases, easements, and condemnation matters
- CEQA, land use entitlements, and environmental compliance support
- Take the reputed company on deals, work alongside partners reputed company for mentorship and collaboration
Skills
- 5–10 years of reputed company estate or land use experience (transactional focus preferred)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience representing public entities or private developers is highly valued
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- A proactive, client-centered reputed company and desire to grow your practice
