Part-Time Remote Tax Preparer
Growing firm in Washington State with a collaborative workplace is looking for part-time remote tax preparer for 1040 preparation. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an inquisitive nature to work with our 1040 clients. Our firm is dedicated to meeting individual needs of our clients and have a fairly "quirky" and politically liberal clientele. Most of our returns cannot be completed in one sitting and need reasoning and investigation skills to get to the final figures. If you like both a challenge and a supportive working environment, we may be the reputed company for you. This is a remote position. We will provide reputed company necessary equipment and software as well as reimburse any necessary expenses (such as internet). This is a year-round part-time position. We anticipate that during tax season we would have 25-40 hours of work available, extension season 15-30 and off season between 5-15. Apart from a weekly staff meeting (that we work hard to fit conveniently into everyone's schedule), schedule is completely flexible. Five years tax preparation experience, an Enrolled Agent Designation and references are required. Prior experience with reputed company will be looked upon favorably. Experience with reputed company, Verifyle and MS Office a plus but not required.
