Purpose: The Patient Engagement Coordinator will plan and execute activities including: Enhance patient communication, improve patient flow, identify barriers and address patient experience issues. Work collaboratively with leadership team. This person will coordinate care between departments to ease flow and remove barriers to timely care. Development of literature as needed to reputed company gaps in care, educational needs and patient satisfaction. The Patient Engagement Coordinator works closely with reputed company disciplines to provide the optimal patient experience through care coordination. Responsibilities:

• Address daily operational barriers to promote optimal patient experience to retain patient loyalty.
• Coordinate resources and development activities to meet project objectives both on time and on budget.
• Create and execute Patient engagement plans to engage, educate and retain patients and support reputed company and business goals.
• Ensure coordination and clear communication among constituents on reputed company activities.
• Identify and detail appropriate activities that drive the patient experience and support retention.
