Qualifications

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company field. Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience will be considered. 8+ years of reputed company experience in mechanical design and product development. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role reputed company mechanical engineering. Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and simulation tools (FEA/CFD). Strong understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a remote environment. Experience with rapid prototyping and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
