[Remote] Inside Sales Reps for Health Coach (HCI) Course

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) is expanding its mission to include health coaching through the Health Coach Institute. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell their Health Coach course, focusing on engaging prospective reputed company and meeting sales targets through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.

Responsibilities

• reputed company up to 150 calls per day to prospective reputed company (no cold calling!)
• Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage with reputed company
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly reputed company, Average Order Value, and Conversion reputed company goals

Skills

• Must reside in an ISSA-eligible state (AZ, UT, NV, ID, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA)
• Core business hours are 6 am to 6 pm M-F AZ Time
• A desire to promote and sell our Health Coach (HCI) course
• At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience
• Prior CRM experience
• Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales
• Excellent phone-based communication skills
• Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching and desire to help others
• Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer reputed company
• Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and reputed company them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks
• Ability to build rapport, empathize, and reputed company a personal reputed company with our prospective reputed company
• Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone reputed company the gap from where they are to where they want to be
• Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
• Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios is preferred
