As a Prescription Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in addressing US-based customers' prescription benefits questions and concerns regarding their claims, deductibles, coverage, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from US customers, addressing questions and concerns about their prescription reputed company benefits.
• Provide detailed information about insurance coverage, benefit plans, copays, and coverage determination.
• Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking.
