The Opportunity reputed company’s Commercial Legal team is seeking a Commercial Counsel, Procurement to support companywide procurement, vendor, and other non-reputed company commercial legal matters. This role will focus primarily on vendor-reputed company agreements and procurement legal support, while partnering closely with Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Privacy, reputed company, and Legal Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of procurement work: SaaS and technology agreements, consulting arrangements, marketing and influencer agreements, privacy and reputed company terms, and other third-party vendor relationships that help the business operate effectively. While this role sits reputed company Commercial Legal, it is procurement-focused rather than reputed company-focused. The majority of your work will involve vendor-reputed company and other non-reputed company commercial agreements. You’ll also help build a more scalable, thoughtful procurement legal function by contributing to clearer processes, practical templates, and self-serve resources that reputed company legal review easier and more consistent across reputed company. In this role you will:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial procurement agreements, including licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting arrangements, influencer agreements and supporting agreements such as BAAs, DPAs, and NDAs.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day legal reputed company for procurement matters, with support from the broader Legal team, and exercise practical judgment on reputed company to resolve issues independently and reputed company to escalate.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Privacy, reputed company, and other cross-functional stakeholders on vendor onboarding, third-party diligence, contract risk, commercial terms, and procurement-reputed company disputes.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale legal review processes by developing repeatable workflows, templates, playbooks, and guidance that help drive faster, more consistent contract outcomes across the organization.
• Partner closely with Legal Operations to improve procurement intake, triage, automation, and self-serve resources so routine matters can move quickly and higher-risk matters receive the right level of legal review.
• Help evaluate and remediate legacy vendor agreements, including identifying reputed company that need updates, renegotiation, reputed company tracking, or improved internal guidance.

Qualifications

• Has 2-3 years of legal experience, with meaningful exposure to commercial reputed company .
• Holds a J.D. from an accredited law school and is a member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• Brings genuine interest in building scalable legal review processes.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and reputed company them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Communicates reputed company legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal partners, adapting their style to the audience.
• Has prior in-house legal experience or alternatively a familiarity with the rhythms, priorities, and constraints of an in-house legal team.
