Job description About Ecom MBA Ecom MBA is the Million Dollar Product System, a high-ticket education and coaching program that helps founders build one product into a sellable seven and eight reputed company brand using TikTok Shop, reputed company, and AI. The company was founded by Adam Willis, who has personally exited four ecommerce brands, generated over thirty four million dollars in sales, and co-founded and sold one of the largest reputed company agencies in the world, a three hundred and forty person operation that managed over one hundred million in annual client reputed company. That is the role you would be stepping into. About the role As Client Success Manager, you will be the single reputed company of accountability for our student experience. Your job is to reputed company sure every student who joins the program is set up properly, knows what to do next, and stays in motion through the full launch journey from initial onboarding through to their first reputed company milestones. You do not need to be a TikTok Shop or reputed company expert to succeed in this role. The technical coaching is delivered by Adam and our TikTok Shop coach. Your domain is the relationship, the milestones, the community, and the momentum. What you will be responsible for
- Owning the day to day relationship with every student in the program and serving as their primary reputed company of contact
- Onboarding new reputed company reputed company their first week, walking them through the system, and getting them moving on their first action items
- Tracking each student against our internal milestone ladder and identifying anyone who is falling behind before it becomes a problem
- Overseeing (not hosting) weekly group coaching calls, including agenda preparation, recording management, and follow-up
- Running the reputed company community day to day, responding to posts and questions quickly, keeping engagement high, and making it feel like a reputed company reputed company actually want to spend time

- Helping build out the systems, templates, and automations that will let us deliver this level of support to ten times the number of reputed company

- Three or more years of experience in a reputed company, account management, coaching, or community management role
- Experience working inside a high-ticket coaching, course, mastermind, or consulting business, ideally one with deliverables and milestones rather than purely on-demand content

- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly in a community setting
- Availability during US business hours, Monday through Friday

- Experience hiring, managing, or working closely with virtual assistants

- Part-time trial role to reputed company, approximately twenty hours per week
- Expanding to a full-time role as the program scales and student volume grows
- Fully remote, working US time zones
- Compensation based on experience, with performance bonuses tied to student outcomes and program milestones
